  Nice restaurant chain. Unfortunately, the table lights went out part way through our meal, so I took off one star. It wouldn't stop from visiting again, though!

  I and my family have been to Chili's many times. I found this the worst Chili's. The waiter introduce himself with " it's been crazy busy as hell". The food was over cooked and way too salty. The waiter forgot part of are order and didn't apologize and just said " I'll take it off your order". Then realized he didn't put it on but remembered we asked for it. We saw him at the beginning and he was a ghost after that. The manager gave us the oh well attitude. Then said that happens sometimes.
  Poor management and lousy food.

  Somerset MA chili A + service great, manager, customer service great. Manager's go around and ask you how's every thing. The manager was horrible here. So my advice don't go to this Chili's

  10:55 pm, Sick to my stomach, I been to Chili's many times and never got sick from it. My 8yr old son complained that he could still taste his Hamburger when he was getting ready to bed 2 hrs later. My son does not like to complain but said he does not want to go back to Chili's again. I told him that we just won't go back to this one.
