Have been ordering from them for years. They've always had delicious fries and decent chicken for me, and my wife's food was reasonable as well but with time it started to get worse and a bit expensive so we stopped for a year or so. Then, like the other reviewer, we got the new menu with "under new ownership" and decided to give it another shot which resulted in me getting the WORST MEAL I'VE EVER ORDERED. EVER. NO HYPERBOLE. EVER.

I got garlic parmesan chicken tender dinner with fries. What I got was an absolute abomination, not food. How do you screw up chicken tenders and fries??? I've ordered this exact same thing from many places, sometimes it was better sometimes worse but NEVER this bad! Instead of big juicy pieces of freshly made white meat chicken you get the small flat pieces of stapled together meat (similar to McDonalds nuggets minus the flavor) with a breading similar to mozzarella sticks. It was what you get in a freezer in a Supermaket! And not even the good kind but the store brand one. If you were ever a college student on a budget you would know what I'm talking about... the little dingy droopy barely edible imitation chicken. There is NO WAY a restaurant should ever serve this to anyone. There is no excuse! If you run out of something just let me know I'll order something else, no problem. But to sell this cheap disgusting crap?? Inexcusable. Imagine being super hungry, opening the box and seeing that crap... the second I saw it I knew exactly what it was... supermarket. frozen. MICROWAVED. "chicken". Disgrace... I can't reiterate it enough -- you go to a supermarket freezer, pass over the Tyson and the Purdue brands and get the MarketBasket one, stick it in a microwave and that's what I got. Oh and the "garlic parmesan" part, which is supposed to be the sauce the chicken is glazed/marinated with was instead substituted with a few sprinkles of garlic powder and parmesan put on AFTER the bland "chicken" was "cooked". Even the side of honey bbq sauce was garbage (hint, guys, honey isn't SOUR). The person that reviewed their tenders and said they were the best tenders he's ever had either got the opposite of what I got or has never tasted actual chicken tenders in his life; no other option.

Now the fries... what happened to you guys??? Your fries used to be amazing, no comparison to the garbage you sold me! What I got was, again, FROZEN supermarket crap that was reheated, not even fried, which had NO TASTE, none... No amount of salt can cover up that cardboard flavor. They even had that distinct premade fries spiral type cut which is a dead giveaway that it's not freshly made. What a joke.

I don't know how many times I can say it but YOU CANNOT SELL THIS TO PEOPLE under any circumstances!!! Doesn't matter if you ran out of stuff, got a new cook, were too busy. There is literally no excuse for even a single instance. I'm curious how the guy that put this in the box and handed to me thought I would react after tasting this? He couldn't possibly have thought anyone would find this edible, let alone delicious, could he?

Now as far as their pizza, they've been consistent with it throughout the years. I've had their pizza double digit times (my wife likes it for some reason) and it's always been exactly the same - incredibly bland. You can taste the cheap (cheapest available, I bet) ingredients. The dough is flavorless and barely edible, a poor excuse for a pizza for sure. A couple of people who said that their pizza is great have never had good pizza, sorry.

With so many other takeout places around there don't gamble and end up with what I've got, it's not worth it. We rarely order food and it's usually a treat. Well, this "treat" had me pissed off for a week. I wouldn't have my worst enemies eat that garbage and the new owner should be ashamed of himself.
